Dosage

Kamagra comes as little diamond-shaped pills colored in blue, available in single or four pills packs. The medicine is taken orally with liquids – preferably water.

The proper dosage of Kamagra for erectile dysfunctions is 50 mg per day, taken as needed by preferably one hour prior to sexual contact. Based on personal tolerance and effectiveness, this dose may be decreased to 25 mg per day or increased to a maximum of 100 mg per day. The Kamagra pill is rapidly absorbed and its maximum effect appears 30 to 120 minutes after intake.

No more than one dosage should be used daily, preferably with a glass of water. Kamagra overdose may lead to poisoning so a control center should be contacted immediately, in case the recommended dosage is exceeded. [5]

The pills should be stored at room temperature, 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C).

Mechanism of action

This generic brand of Sildenafil citrate is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, which prevents cyclic GMP (guanosine monophosphate) from being degraded by the enzyme PDE5, once reaching the corpus cavernosum of the penis. This enzyme is responsible for proper erections as it triggers and restricts the contraction and relaxation of the penis muscles. Kamagra has a similar structure to that of cGMP, this being the reason it acts like a binding agent of PDE5, inhibiting it.

As a result of its action, cGMP levels increase and the muscles relax, allowing more blood flow into the penis. This leads to vasodilation of the intimal cushion of the helicine arteries, which results in better erections when a man is sexually stimulated. Without sexual stimulation cGMP is not activated so no erection appears. [2]

This medicine is metabolized by enzymes found inside the liver and excreted by both kidneys and liver. For maximum effects Kamagra shouldn’t be taken with high-fat meals, as fats reduce its absorption and consequently its plasma concentration. [2]

How to buy kamagra

Контакты
Kamagra is sold by many sellers online. Is it the same as Viagra and is it safe? Find out what Kamagra is and why buying it may lead to disappointment.

Kamagra is a medication produced by an Indian pharmaceutical manufacturer called Ajanta Pharma. It contains sildenafil, the same ingredient as Viagra. In principle, genuine Kamagra is a safe medication, as Ajanta Pharma is a modern pharmaceutical company which adheres to the local rules and regulations with regards to producing medicines. The problem however, is that Kamagra is not licensed for sale in the UK.

What does that mean?

Since Kamagra can not legally be sold in the UK, you will be buying it from an illegal business. This means, that it is impossible to know whether you are really buying Kamagra and not some counterfeit version. With many counterfeit drugs containing the wrong dosage, no active ingredient or even dangerous substances, you might end up spending money on a medication which doesn’t help you or which could even harm you.

Leaving the actual composition of the pills aside, buying from a seller who offers Kamagra can also leave you exposed to credit card fraud. As many of these businesses are not legal, they may not adhere to any regulations. They may very well use your credit card and personal details for illegal purposes once you have placed your order. It is also possible that you'll never actually receive your order - illegal pharmacies are raided and closed down on a regular basis. If they are sending your medication from abroad, there is also a risk that your order will be confiscated by UK border control services.
